Posted table looks about right for 2019. On the high end however the “stock” hides a significant bump (by 28 it is worth close to 100% salary). Also note that numbers do not reflect retirement account contributions and pension fund adds, which really add up over the years.

What concerns me is the new merit increases being given. I have heard if you’re at 100% CO, then your sup doesn’t get any money to distribute to his team. So if you have a few team me members over 100% CO your sup with have to stretch the money. And I also heard that merit increases arent related to performance. So you can have 4 EE’s and not get a decent raise. This is very concerning.

Legacy noble manager here…rest assured CVX is underpaid compared to noble and underpaid in industry general. But select CVX employees under the influence of koolaid drinking seem to think this place is amazing since sliced bread and are very content with it all, great workplace with high comp and benefits. Short sighted with blinders on IMO

I can’t prove my identity, but the table below is accurate for 2019 wages.

I have actually even seen the 2021 table.

Thanks for noting that, for the new-comers. @1rio. The majority of posts on this site, particularly where numbers are involved, including compensation, especially compensation, are completely false and 100% fabricated.

@mrq+1dq3xIxt I'm in the CBU and pay scales for PSG<25 are significantly lower than your post, and still cost of living in Calgary is comparable to Houston

Legacy Noble : welcome to chevron. Your pay will be lower, your pain will be greater, your feelings must be hidden, you must not show anger at the woke, you must smile at those who actively vote to ki-l the company you work for, if you see an issue let it slid if not you will be fixing the issue.

Here are the 100% COs for 2019 rounded to the nearest $100. Take note each is grade is about 15% higher than the previous. The lowest CO at each PSG is 80%.... while most will reach 100% within about 3 years with a 2 PMP ranking whereas you can reach a 108% with a 2+, and 115% with a 1 in 3 years if your aren’t promoted first. Stock options which can be very significant start always at PSG 27, but sometimes at 26. For the 2020 pay scales, add about 2.5 to 3% for the cost of living adjustment. It’s anyone’s guess as to how the 2021 pay scales will shape up.

17 = $71,700, 8% CIP
18 = $82,000, 9% CIP
19 = $93,800, 10% CIP
20 = $106,500, 11% CIP
21 = $122,900, 12% CIP
22 = $141,400, 14% CIP
23 = $163,000, 16% CIP
24 = $187,900, 20% CIP
25 = $216,700, 25% CIP
26 = $246,500, 30% CIP, & stock options
27 = $283,600, 35% CIP, & stock
28 = $326,900, 40% CIP, & stock
29 = $377,700, 50% CIP, & stock
30 = $439,000, 60% CIP, & stock

The current PSGs ranges are about 3 percent higher than those referenced from 2019.

Go into Workday on the compensation tab, find your current PSG range, and compare to the target in those earlier threads, should be about 3%. The lows and highs of each target are still 80-120% of the targets.
