Everyone knows that middle management is PSG 26-30. What happens next? Managing director is 41-45? OpCp head 46-49? SVP 50? Deputy Chairman PSG 75? CEO 100?

You can ask your manager. It's not a secret what the ranges are. I am a 22 and I only asked what 22 was:100% CO was $132000 as of February 2017 for US employees.
I was a PSG20 until August 2016. The 100% CO for that paygrade was around $98,000. There is a range of 10% pay on either side of that figure, from lowest to highest. I don't think the company has too many PSG18 positions, but they tend to start with a PSG19 for salaried positions. The 100% CO for a PSG19 is probably closer to $78,000 would be my guess.
18psg would start at learning his a$$ from his elbow
Can you tell me what an 18 PSG would start at in San Ramon? What about a 22 PSG? Thanks
PSGs depend a bit on BUs. Non management FEs in upstream BUs go up to 24, or advisor at 25. However, equivalent RTEs in a refinery top out at 22, without a petrotech supplement. And if you go to some other countries, the PSG ranges drop -1 or -2 versus the US.
You can see a list of the country equivalent PSGs on the international relocation site.
OP does bring up a valid issue of PSG creep in CVX. To be a PSG 24 (then called Group1 30 yrs ago) in 10 years of service meant you WERE management. Now days just means your an Horizons or a long term employee that has hit a glass ceiling.
We know that to ask that question, the original poster has never worked a day for Chevron. "PSG-25 Retiree"
What we all know, OP, is that you don't know crap. Get lost troll.
