Trolling because asking about pay and bonus targets has nothing to do with layoffs and everything with trolls phishing for information.
So much bad information on this board and this thread is no different.
What PSG does a fresh graduate get in your BU? Does it vary with department? I am from ASBU and just curious...
How many years does it take to get a promotion? 22 to 23
Is there a difference is PSG range from one BU to another? Like Finance PSG 21 is from 60k to 120k but FE PSG 21 is $80k to 150k? Or does US just have one range per PSG?
It varies enormously by payroll. The answers here seem to reflect US payroll, which is one of the higher ones (but far from highest).

How the hell is this trolling? Talk about sniveling snowflakes who burst in to tears at anything.
Using inference 100% co for 21 to 25 is: 117, 133, 153, 177, 202.
Typical spread is 90 to 110% of co
Wow trolls
How large is the range per PSG?
What does 100% co mean? Is that the mid target or the highest in that PSG?
23 100% co is 153,000
21 100% co is 117
20 100% co is 103
All I know is they get paid more than a PSG 20 or 21 employee.
