Does anyone know the salary ranges for each of the PSGs this year?

Supply and Trading has a variety of PSG paygrades, as varied as any other BU or OpCo does.
what PSG do supply and trading fall into?
Generally you should be above 100% CO to get a promo. Probably need 4-5 years in the PSG if you are not Horizons. Having a couple 2+/1s in the past 3 years and endorsement from folks at a PSG higher than the one you are being promoted into. The endorsements are essential. Getting endorsement outside of your current BU goes a long way too.
What CO do you typically need to be at to be given a promotion?
GM 29, VP 30
Great info thank you! What grade is a GM and a VP of a respectable sized BU?
-1txd: ya but that “& stock” line is hiding a significant boost above 25: 26 (25%), 27(50%), 28(100%) of salary...and it goes up faster as the grade increases above that.
Kind of depressing, really, when you realize that upper management, after 25-30 years of a---kissing and late nights, is only making about the same as a decent fourth-year attorney or cosmetic dentist.
Here are the 100% COs for 2019 rounded to the nearest $100. Note each is grade is about 15% higher than each. The lowest CO at each psg is 80%.... while most will reach 100% within about 3 years with a 2 PMP ranking whereas you can reach a 108% with a 2+, and 115% with a 1 in 3 years if your aren’t promoted first. Stock options which can be very significant start always at psg 27, but sometimes at 26
