There’s a reorg coming in RBU. To accommodate L- NBLX and L/NBL. Before October.
If your manager is not doing solid 8 hours of office work per day (NO flex and coffees), then all you have to do is reduce your workhours that is commensurate of your PSG. Stop having a menstrua and flex - its all relative.
I got a job offer in HR to help with the upcoming reorg in RBU and Eastern Med, just trying to get maximum pay. Jeez!

If you have the 2020 PSG salary ranges multiply those amounts by 1.6% (if I remember coorectly)
