So VH avoids a shareholder vote to buy APC and now punishes share holders even more by dropping dividend. She needs to be fired immediately

It looks like if you’re taking the VSP, you’re not going to get LTI. I get it in principle but does anybody know if this violates the terms of the acquisition agreement?

The price in down $6.36 to $20.50. It has not been this low since early 2004. Dividend cut might happen - currently over 9%.

Any ideas of how legacy Oxy employees were laid off in January?

With the rig count down to 790 I have not seen too many technical jobs out there. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, but it sure seems to be a tight job market.

Rumors that there will be no yearly bonus, and that the quarterly field prod bonus is eliminated. Anyone know if there is any truth to these rumors?

What's the cumulative employee count for the entire company? How many, out of that number work at Houston?
