VH and her minions stay in “charge” as no entity wants to touch the huge debt load
If oil prices stay below $40 for more than 3-4 months: chapter 11
All very ugly, brought on Oxy shareholders and employees by Vicki (roll tide?), Oscar Brown, etc... special mention to Peter Jeff Bennett (#PBJ_sandwich) who repeatedly misstated results of Permian UC wells.
And executives will get huge bonuses. #sotiredofwinning
What happens next is that many people will be laid off.
