I would say at anytime. You are going to see everything dry up. A lot of people are spoiled and we are about to see how people handle working for companies that over benefits from the past. The tides about to turn in favor of the companies and all the nice perks could disappear.

Perhaps to soon for 1Q. Expect massive layoff and/or volunteering retirements in 2Q. As Jim Cramer said on CNBC today, OXY buying Anadarko was one of the most stupid corporate acts of all time. Almost as bad as when HP bought Atomony. It will be interesting how much OXY accountants will move the cost of buying Anadarko to "GoodWill" on the balance sheet. I always love that term. It should be labeled "Bad Management".
