So VH avoids a shareholder vote to buy APC and now punishes share holders even more by dropping dividend. She needs to be fired immediately

She has got to be the dumbest, most arrogant CEO in the industry. Remember when she said about Anadarko:
“We were not going to let it be taken away. This is too important for our shareholders.”
What a self entitled little twit. Instead, she doomed all of us shareholders. She avoided the shareholders voting, she never asked any of us as employees if we wanted to purchase Anadarko, because she thought she knew best. WRONG! I'm sorry, but I'm angry. My savings are worthless, and now no dividend. I'll probably be laid off at some point as well. Good riddance, but I better get a decent package. I hate her. What a horrible excuse of a CEO. And the rest of her minions, including the Board? Shame on you! You're all worthless!
