Are we really looking at major layoffs in July or was somebody just trolling?

From what I understand Mattel is not laying anyone off. Employees are treated like sh-- till they can't take it anymore and leave. Especially at the distribution centers. Just think of how much they save if you don't get severance or unemployment.

Executive management, come on...how often is to often. What a calossil waste of time and money. All that time wasted could be spent developing the product vs. spent prepping for needless meetings.
