Alumni Hub

There is a Honeywell Alumni hub/account that former employees are supposed to be able to login into in order to still have access to pay stubs, tax forms, etc. - wondering if anyone else that is familiar with this is having trouble accessing the... — read more

More Unethical Behavior???

To the Honeywell HR/PR People Monitoring this Site

Tell the managers that we hope they are happy. Their selfish decision will cause a hardship to many employees. But as long as they get their bonuses, they really don't care. Most of them have no idea what it's like to live paycheck to paycheck... — read more

Outer L for working average of 42 hour weeks

Mgr (DV) warned me i had the lowest hours in my group and could expect outer L review if i dont get to 46 billable hours. As if this is my fault when i am being shipped from program to program with no chance to learn. Mgr hardly ever bothers to... — read more

Honeywell SBG Layoffs?

I'd like to get an idea of which SBGs are laying off. I know SPS has been hit hard, but I'm wondering about the others. i.e. Aero, HBT, PMT, etc.... I've seen references to other SBGs, but nothing concrete. Also, numbers of those let go if known... — read more

Footprint Reductions 2023

Thinking some sites will be shut next year. We have a big old building with nobody working in it. I have decided to jump ship if I make it past RIF season. I recommend EVERYONE consider the same.

This site is getting busy!

I've been on here for a few years now, and I've never seen this level of Honeywell corporate participation. Makes me think that they are a little worried about what is being said here. Honeywell may be in more trouble than they say each quarter? We... — read more

SPB of the Year

Anyone else feeling good about their chances of winning this year? Such great recognition by corp. I know in PMT we are looking to end the year strong so we can hopefully win.

Sustainability Index

Honeywell just launched a new sustainability index. Another example of us being a leader in the industry. Great work by DA and the leadership team.

Toxic Work Culture

Hearing Washington Commanders and Phoenix Suns owner’s are selling their respective teams because they are being charged with operating a toxic work environment. Seriously? Those places are pre-school level compared to Honeywell!

Real leaders admit their mistakes

Admitting mistakes is the fastest path to moving past them, but no,, our leadership is made up of people with inflated egos who will never admit that the company is in a downward spiral largely because of their bad decisions. It's much easier to... — read more

HR using a down voting bot

You know it must be bad when HR are resorting to using a down voting bot on every single thread. They know the s.h.1.t is about to hit the fan.

I think too many of us feel the same way

I've been with Intelligrated since the Honeywell acquisition. I know many people that have either been let go or left on their own. Without exception, each of those that I know are better off. I still keep in touch with many and they all wonder why I... — read more

I will gladly volunteer

I definitely intended to leave this mess and I secretly wished for a voluntary offer. The reason being, I think that next year it will be worse to work here than it was this year. I don't believe that there is anyone who thinks that next year... — read more

SPS IGS Factory in Poland Katowice is reducing staff by 60 people, which is about a half of staff. If they're cutting people in one of the cheapest locations then the rest of us are screwed. We can expect major and indiscriminate cuts sometime in... — read more

Overworked, deadlines too short

It's unbelievable the pressure they put employees under. It seems to me that deadlines have never been shorter!? Despite my experience, I barely get everything done on time. It's like they are punishing employees for management's poor planning.

This company has made many acquisitions, most of which, in my opinion, are failures. I'm curious, what do you think are the biggest of all failures?

SPS Layoffs

Does anyone know how many people across SPS were let go between September (round 1) and October (round 2)? Seems COO GK slaughtered our division. Round 3 on the way to save on more 401K payouts?

You’re grossly underpaid if you work for UOP

Title says it all. Minimal merit raises, interally UOP trains customers better than its employees (if at all), weak career path, and job loss risk in a down market no better than everyone else. Leave if you can.

Tank maintenance

Now that Tata is not maintaining most of the Russian tanks do we know if they are going to try to maintain ours? That would be foolish to trust them to do any good.
