40 Laid Off

Announced today that 40 have been laid off. Also announced that our anonymous culture surveys are not anonymous and managers will talk to us about our feedback.

Bonuses/Raises this year

What’s the general consensus on raises and bonuses this year? Is the company being generous after all the cost that’s been cut?

Several layoffs around imaging area

Few positions are reorged here and there, mostly in product managemnt. Not a big loss, there were a lot of useless fat accumulated there. The engineering and others might come next. They are cleaning and leaning, that is good.

It’s just hearsay at this point, but lots of rumors going around that people supporting USCAN will be asked to relocate from Milwaukee to Chicago. Lots of upset employees and little answers from management.

Ongoing layoffs in Chicago and accross the states

Chicago - at least 20 persons affected, it goes in waves and is not over. Earlier last month a lot of people in sales and service were cut (mostly remote positions). Some get voluntary job reduction package offer (mostly older guys).
