Thread regarding GE Healthcare layoffs

Bonuses/Raises this year

What’s the general consensus on raises and bonuses this year? Is the company being generous after all the cost that’s been cut?

I'm hoping for my normal 2.1 to 3.1 % this year as the same as all past years.
GEHC seems to be be doing great. Stay Positive and keep working hard.
I hope to retire in 2023 before next union contract, that's when changes will be listed on paper whether you are in union or not. It will effect all hourly employees.
I expect Big changes will be implemented in Jan 2024.
Ride the GE Carnival till then and then get out if you can !
Still a Great Place to be Employed..

I wouldn’t hold my breath! HR accidentally released a slide detailing a proposal of what hoops we will have to jump through for a raise & then recalled the email. They’re going to make it more difficult for everyone to get a raise.

In Madison we have been told raises will be delayed until July instead of the usual below inflation bump in April.

No raise info yet. Guess bonus depends and we got that info already.
Maybe one day reps will even know their quotas.
