Yes, yes it most certainly is. Do not believe your people leader when they say something to the effect of we are done cutting jobs. Done cutting jobs for now etc. I have been re-orged into a different group as I am the only one left. Tough to find motivation. Why would anybody want work here with all the layoffs??
Very unethical and not conducive to a meaningful environment. Makes no sense.

This is no place for a (your) career. Boy, I sure can pick em’. I am stuck here. It is no fun.
I kind of wish the spin-off of HC would have happened. Maybe then there would be some renewed vigor, projects and future!
Instead productivity, the number of colleagues and projects are way down.

I am happy with GE Healthcare, its been a great company to work for.
Pay has been fair, pension is still growing. Great coworkers and team.
Im close to the finish line with no complaints.
Younger folks wont see the pension, but still a great place to work and get some excellent experience
to market themselves to the competition. Strive to do your best in every job.
