I understand the need for layoffs in the oil and gas industry, but if the CEO took even a tiny pay cut, it would save jobs. He talks about morality and ethics while not caring or knowing a damn thing about who works for him.

Layoffs announced and predicted in future trying best to avoid the inevitable back log dwindling and lower then average company will have no choice but to make layoffs

Plant is starving for work, but we can't seem to sell a meter anymore so sales and back log have hit rock bottom. If things don't pick up in the next month I expect a massive layoff.

If someone names names is that taboo or is the truth just to painful.
