Does anyone know if this round of layoff will occur to offshore team first?

When posting regarding layoffs instead of using acronyms can we just say the actual department name so nobody's confused?

If anyone gets laid off and thinks they were chosen based off of legitimate discrimination, do not sign the severance agreement. Speak with an attorney first. If you sign the severance then you sign away your rights to sue due to discrimination.

I heard that during last year’s mass layoff, they gave a notice period of 2 months from the date they informed everyone. Can we expect the same for this year too? Will they pay severance if the notice period is for 2 months?
