As difficult as this time is and all of the anxiousness surrounding it a reminder to take care of your mental well being. Give yourself grace to feel all the emotions you are feeling, but then remember you can control your thoughts. While you can control the stressor you can control your thoughts and actions - there is great comfort in that. By controlling your thoughts you can move your emotions and how you react. Name how you’re feeling and set out what emotion you want to feel. To do this try breathing in an out four times and thinking about something that brings you joy. Everything you are feeling is valid, you can’t change what is going to happen but you can save your mental state. I encourage everyone let’s practice empathy and care at this time!

People are facing serious disruptions because of company actions such as this. Please be mindful of that as well as allow people to feel how they feel. It was the decisions of a few that caused the many to suffer.

Please. Enough with this “mental health” BS. We read and hear about it every day. Just another manufactured crisis to separate you from your dollars and transfer them to the doctors, academia, pharmaceutical companies, and self-help industrial complex.
