How are layoffs done? Is it a conference call? How many people on the call? Who is on the call? What do they tell you? How long does it take? Can we do anything to change the decision?

Interesting thing I noticed on the “safe” claims call
On the call Monday, 10k people attended. This call? 6.8k. Granted, many are probably out of office today, but.... They could have possibly laid off 3000 claims employees...
