Just a small suggestion for the 'What, Me Worry?' crowd. Vote the gerbil out of the management team and void his "options". Make him wonder where he can get his dental care.

If I wasn't more than satisfied with the pay, I would leave Tesla immediately just because of the constant work schedule changes. How do the rest of you deal with that? I don't know about you, but I find it terribly demoralizing and demotivating.
