Splits and Pirouettes do not a Dancer make

Maybe i be one of the few that's seen both James Brown and Maria Tallchief do their thing on the big stage. They were the best at what they did. Gotta have a smooth stage floor, polished oak or maple dusted with the tiniest grits. Watching them twirl... — read more

Work schedules changes

If I wasn't more than satisfied with the pay, I would leave Tesla immediately just because of the constant work schedule changes. How do the rest of you deal with that? I don't know about you, but I find it terribly demoralizing and demotivating.

No work/life balance

I'm working a lot of overtime and I'm totally exhausted. I am no longer sure if the pay here is worth working more than 12 hours a day. What are your thoughts?

Who still feels proud to work at Tesla?

This was my dream job but now I'm looking for a way out, when I can finally have time for myself. There is no longer a work-life balance here. I became a bitter man whose whole identity is reduced to his job, and I never wanted to become that.

Looking to work at Tesla?

Don't bother. This is not the same company it was a year ago. There are growing expectations to do more with less and for less. The culture has turned from positive and hopeful to completely toxic. There are very few positives I can think of about... — read more

Im a tsla share holder

As a share holder, i think, musk is a liability. He needs to go. As a human, i think, musk is an a ho-e.

I quit and…

I quit and I’m ok. It’s fine. Have a new job and the grass is greener.

There's no need for this

I can do my job from home just as well as I can do it from the office. I've proven that over and over again since the pandemic started. Having to be at the office at least 16 days a month is completely unnecessary and all it does is reduce my... — read more

This is just a start

Those got RIFed are not the lazy one, the bosses are!

They utilized PIP to trim the people who they don't like for whatever reason. Obviously, Elon doesn't have any sense about this. He doesn't think that feeding your family is his job as a boss. Yeah, it is tiny compare to the Rocket. But, it is huge... — read more

Laid off employees are the lucky ones
