This was my dream job but now I'm looking for a way out, when I can finally have time for myself. There is no longer a work-life balance here. I became a bitter man whose whole identity is reduced to his job, and I never wanted to become that.

It's ok Elon. You can go relax at Twitter - oh wait - you sold all the furniture...
The richest man in the world is a bitter insecure little man.
You don't have to be that way.
Not in the job description.
You are the one who is letting this job get to you. Let a few deadlines drop. It's ok to not be perfect. Look at the people who has been there a long time. None of them allow work deadlines to control them and that is how they are able to stick around. Sure they may not be the best performers but they will still have their jobs in the end and they have better work-life balance. You will burn yourself out and leave in frustration and no one will even care or remember you later. There are no kudos to being a hard worker anymore.
Set some boundaries and make sure you take PTO/FTO and you'll be fine. In my 8 years at tesla, every team I've been on has had quirks but they all respected boundaries and welcomed when people used their benefits to take time off.
Have had a great experience on every team, except 1, and transferring to a better one only took 2 weeks of legwork after deciding to try for a transfer. Seriously, before making a nuclear approach change, try a few smaller ones to adjust your environment first.
Love my job, the entire overall org and direct team are incredibly friendly, the work is rewarding, and never felt better about the company trajectory.
All the exciting new age companies are now behaving like the evil old corporations they promised to replace.
Same thing just different names and products
