Others have said directors at Scotiabank are incompetent. This is true and it goes up the chain. Scotia Digital was guilty of promoting anyone that they liked. VPs, directors and managers need to be culled
It’s a good thing. Profits come first. It’s a bank not a charity.
The contingent and contractors have been hit hard with rate cuts and instability. There is only so much you can cut.
Some directors I know are useless and need to loose their jobs.
