My manager told me we didn’t get extensions for your contract as promised. Anyone face same issue in digital ? 3 team members face same issue today

Very true... there is a "senior person"...she will only approve if the contractors are from a specific agency or try desperately to block other agencies.
That’s true some Directors only hire from specific agencies friends and family to get commission. They are not just from one country same state.
Rumour has it..if you are not from a specific agency...your contract wont be renwed...
Not in management but many contractors are not being renewed when the project ends. Seems to be a trend
