Some directors put in only 10% of what's needed, lazy and some are not competnent. There should be a clean up there...

It's now the end of January 2024. No major shakeup has occured at 888 at ISC. We have 'Admin Directors', Security Directors who have no idea what a vulnerability is, Sr. Security Advisors who have a second FULL-TIME job with a city in the GTA and no one at ISC or Scotiabank seems to care. How can someone do two full-time jobs without anyone caring?

Scotiabank's leaders are the most incompetent ones I've seen in my career. They do not contribute, but just take credits from their subordinates. Some of them take it for gramted without appreciating others' work. The department can operate well without them as they are not accountable for ANYTHING. The worst part of those incompetent leaders is that they repell talents and reject changes, make things difficult for solid contributors.

Believe it or not. Technology at 2201 Eglinton/888 Birchmount has a few Admin Directors. Basically they are administrative assistants with a director job band. Others do as little as possible and are protected by certain VPs. Micheal Zerbs needs to clean shop in IT&S and IS&C. Flush out these incompetent directors please.

Expect cuts to occur after Labour Day. It’s going to be a scramble for some of these directors who have been protected by their incompetence in the past.

All banks didn’t have great earnings report. Expect cuts to both contractors and directors (level 9).

Technology at 888 Birchmount 6/7th Floor and 2201 to be at the top of the list.
