They are going to integrate RH into IBM. RH has not meet financial targets so no more standalone the IBM rto rules will go into effect and large layoff coming

The explanation for the cuts in my opinion can only be the greed of the leadership. Is there any justification at all for these cuts because I don't see it?

Most companies are 2 months and a week for every year. They stated it was going to be above market. Curious to know what that means so when the next round of layoffs happen, we know what to expect.
