Why are they not offering wfh only employees exit offers and hiring those jobs in the hubs?

Innovation Group is chaos. Want to post out but been there a minute and brand is tarnished.
Praying for a exit offer to get out of this he-l.
sf is a SH-T SHOW. Id--ts running the company into the ground. Fu-k them, let them fail. You should be trying to find a new employer anyway, laugh at them when sf drops to last place and you're enjoying a better job with a new company. Good luck.
state farm is like an old sailing ship whose sails are shredded. the company is adrift.
Rumor, I do not know where you have been hiding and no offense but everyone knows they are automating underwriting/billing with phased roll-out to each states and will be done officially by the end of the year. They are also using a company called Everise which has setups in India, Philippines, and South Arica to work task and any overflow. They have also moved hundreds of people over to claims, mainly Express. If you are in underwriting and not looking for a job you have to be insane, my apologies for being so direct but hope you are not thinking it won't happen to you!
@e5 is this commercial auto or personal lines If you know? And there is a rumor going around that they will soon out source U/W altogether.
Why would they not offer exits in claims to wfh to get higher salaries off the books and hire those openings in the hubs? They can control how many they allow to exit. Why would all departments not utilize this tool?
Next offers coming in April and October (common timing) per the last communication. It is just going to continue to be all Auto U/W jobs that are going away. My wife works over there and they are told weekly, since they run out of work, to work on their resume. U/W will eliminate thousands of jobs this coming year. Claims is going to continue to employ the torture, torment and abuse method to run people off. If you haven't noticed the quality of hires is getting worse and worse. 81% of the workforce looks like 2040-2050! DEI and checks the box, it feels like a bad Disney movie remake every time we have go into the office. This place is a total sh-t box!
If they are that dependant on wfh in claims they had better be offering some stay bonuses as everyone is unhappy with all the bs and micromanaging. Almost everyone I know is looking to get out.
I am hearing of several directors leaving and not waiting for exit offers. That is telling me thinks are not rosy and exit offers are not expected to be coming.
@a2 that would make claims the first and only department in the company that cared.
This isn't the SF of old. Institutional knowledge isn't something this crop of bean counters cares about
Because as much as they want to get rid of WFH they can't, especially in claims, without the whole department collapsing. Virtually all of our institutional claims knowledge is remote and the experience level in the hubs cannot sustain the operation.
I have 7 more years to ride this gravy train wfh before retirement, unless an exit offer comes.
