Get rid of the CSO also! When you lack morals and integrity at the top you know there are secrets to be uncovered and that includes misuse of funds! Cost centers should not be part of the structure unless they are 100% business critical. Resilience is more than 80% “unnecessary cost” with teams that add no value. While JM just keeps signing away on the fake work that SBS CREATES claiming there is so much work. It’s simple. Without fake teams you don’t have fake work. SBS has proven that she has no idea what a budget is (she’s made a mess) because she was too busy trying to find ways to make it flashy - again just creating unnecessary work for those of us that have real work. Take a solid look at the cost centers vs profit centers and the savings would be massive.

I think EH had no idea what he was stepping back into and was never supportive of him being blamed. That was a year ago, he is the one that moved VA into the COO role, the one that has kept MF onboard as we continue to fail financially as a company. So I now believe we need a full reset, and in this order they need to go. MF, VA and then EH.
And how would that improve anything? The next group would be the same.
