@ax they seem to axe anyone. Top performers from the BNCE team were let go. One of their managers was axed a month before the lower team members were. Which makes no sense because they are constantly onboarding new clients that team is supposed to support

@OP The business is operated to maximise investor returns and to the benefit of the Board.

Neither the Investors nor Board care about you or any of us and would happily wfr the lot of us if it improved their lot.

They literally don’t care, so act accordingly .
