@ax they seem to axe anyone. Top performers from the BNCE team were let go. One of their managers was axed a month before the lower team members were. Which makes no sense because they are constantly onboarding new clients that team is supposed to support

They literally don’t care, so act accordingly .
@bj yes , this company makes no sense. Why do any work at all if direct manager doesn't have feedback into layoff decision
