@ax they seem to axe anyone. Top performers from the BNCE team were let go. One of their managers was axed a month before the lower team members were. Which makes no sense because they are constantly onboarding new clients that team is supposed to support
@ep first week of July
@at In a rare bit of candor, our VP gibbered about 'reorganization' on a call, but in July.
@OP The business is operated to maximise investor returns and to the benefit of the Board.
Neither the Investors nor Board care about you or any of us and would happily wfr the lot of us if it improved their lot.
They literally don’t care, so act accordingly .
@bj yes , this company makes no sense. Why do any work at all if direct manager doesn't have feedback into layoff decision
@at Nothing improves performance more than silent, random-a-s layoffs without front line managerial input
@a1 Yes, we are returning to accelerating negative growth.
@at in the name of performance? They will get rid of low performers ?
Planning has started for June WFRs in the name of performance. VPs are working on it.
Yes, most certainly. An no, not in anything like its current form.
We are hiring and have returned to growth - confirmed
