Not the usual "every other Tuesday" thing, but anything more substantial all of us should worry about?

They are coming based on the market outlook. When who knows. Thought maybe we would have a breather. I think certain skills will see increases and other will be severely diminished.
@a1 got my first ever IM, then had to train 2 people how to do my job in 30 minutes that same week. Got the golden ticket the next week.
