Thread regarding Xerox Corp. layoffs

Sales Operations is non existent

We saw yesterday the announcements about our new sales orgs. We need our sales people to now move FAST but there is no support. Sales operations is now managed by RB (reporting to loss-making-CB) who wouldn’t know a customer or account manager if he tripped on them. all the support groups needs to hire in low cost locations now as Bandy clown 🤡 says so and yet RB is managing that as well at a SNAIL pace. Sadly people are leaving and the gaps will be there most of the year the way this non-sales-non-operations works

Uh the sales people are too busy cleaning up after terrible support and procedures …it’s a cluster at best. It starts with order processing not processing the paperwork properly then collections doesn’t communicate with our clients at all. Contracts aren’t set up timely in the system so clients have to come back to us to see where their toner order is …oh and forget about the Fsm…service team doesn’t communicate with our clients so we have to be the technical advisor. We are now responsible for every function at this company, so that’s why the sales are not where they should be. Then when we are told that we have a support group, the support people tell us why we should go somewhere else. It’s a joke.

@OP ‘Sales’ need a rocket up their behind - don’t blame the lack of Sales Operational Support on the fact that the current Xerox sales force are useless.

The only way Xerox could survive if for revenue and profit to increase, with this inadequate sales force they decline quarter on quarter.
