Half the ECAs got screwed and became part of the Tech license team. For the cloud team, there doesn’t seem to be any logic.

This will be the last raise or promotion you will get for next 2-3 years to come. O is struggling and will be cutting cost in short run. If you want to continue, get ready to face politics and the tide.
