So - no source for the claim, no reports anywhere that "LJE got Covid", no reason for there to be any question about who's in charge.
I don't think he stays in the island. He has been living in SoCal and in Bayarea for most part.

He’s battling COVID-19, on his island. Does not mean he personally has the virus. He owns some 98% of the island and the hotels where employees have tested positive.
