There is grounds for class action legal proceedings because of Intel publishing that they are using the SSL for layoff determination.

You better be ready work your a$$ of or you will be in the next round of layoff. Expect to do 2x the amount if work. If you complain you are gone, this is the new Intel culture and be ready to kiss our a$$es while we enjoy huge bonuses and raises.
