Does it mean you can leave earlier but the last day by which you have to leave is June 24th?

poster @H5XXWVx-ksu is incorrect, VSP is not a term as it means "Voluntary Separation Package" and you would be voluntarily leaving Intel if, an only if you decide to accept it. If you decline the package you remain an ee. The ISP are mandatory terms as they are involuntary. People should know their facts before posting on here...
