Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Hang in there tomorrow

-Be calm and collective

-Do not argue with the asses

-Do not stress over this job loss. If they didn't get you this year they would next year

-Be happy that you no longer have to put up with all the crap and anxiety. Its over

-Stay focused on landing your next job so you can take some time off and maybe head to Hawaii or something to get Intel out of your system.

-Don't look back to past and look ahead to future. You will land a job soon and be positive.

-Life is short and everyday you are here its a blessing. A job is just a mean to stay alive on this earth.

Well said, life is far better outside of Intel. I now look forward to going to work instead of dreading every Monday. After working the weekend (at Intel).

Friday at five, the day is half over and only two more working days until Monday. Glad I don't live that any more,...

I have two consecutive SL 4's so I know I am a goner. I'm in accounting and my manager emailed me this weekend to tell me she wanted me to finish my project early this week because we'll get busy soon. She then set up a 2x1 with another person involved to check my work on Wednesday.

If I am getting laid off, she'd know this by now and this is just ice cold. I emailed her to ask her "Can we move to Friday?"
