Not taking VSP does not equal later layoff!

VSP is totally optional. Lots of negativity on this site saying you'll go down later. Not (historically) true. I've been with intel 16 yrs; was offered VSP in 2014 but did not take it, and was not offered VSP this year. No chance of ISP thus year... — read more

All the 5 people I know who got the ISP today are ICs. Did any manager get ISP ?

How many VSPs are out there?

Last time VPG was being axed, almost everyone got a VSP. Is it the same this time ? How many people are getting it ? Is it more in CCG?
