Any discussion on transitioning Phcs and those affected into other roles?

Question for anyone in the know. HCCP HCM RNs are required to take a Behavioral Health CBT in the Learning Center. Are all HCCP RNs doing this? 2nd question: Does anyone know when "Humana 2.0" is going into effect and what about training?

All PHC's and referral specialist will be laid off as of tomorrow. Humana is moving to an all clinical staff.

Would any coach fill us in as to more info that was shared this week in SPete? Is 7/25 a true date and when will it be announced to those affected? How many layoffs will happen and what departments/roles? Any more you can share with us?

Just read the email about our "opportunity of a lifetime" coming soon. Reading between the lines it sounds like a whole lot of layoffs hidden in the rah rah mumbo jumbo. Discouraging.

Can they lay you off or fire you if you are on short term disability? FMLA is gone.

If HCCP is no longer enrolling new members and they stopped enrolling last month. How can this program stay viable for any length of time ? There are 10,000 people who become eligible for Medicare everyday. Why would they stop enrolling people?

Coaches should be making calls as well, they should have 1-2 mbrs daily so they learn the job. They have no clue as to the process or how long it takes to document. Get off our backs and grab a couple mbrs and do real work!
