change the year and same story. new strategy team with zero clinical skills touring 2 centers then claiming expertise to completely cut staff and rushes a new work process.....which fails again. then this team blames the few left who tried to say um we did this 1, 2 and 3 years ago and it did not work then. beyond demoralizing, but of course, execs dont care bc they made millions off of over testing poor people. And why hire social workers, mental health and enough nurses when you can always con poor elderly?

There’s a pattern here
Eastman continues to layoff tenured employees, keeping less experienced (certainly less paid) employees… regardless of merit. It’s shameful.
