We’re an agile company that’s spent millions on a digital transformation, but we can’t deploy a simple job posting tool to handle our own layoffs. So, all of us will be browsing a 10,000 row Sharepoint list tomorrow morning to find our jobs. If that doesn’t work, I hear they are just going to print the postings on dot matrix paper and mail it to us. #Winning #GoDigital
He should just go full scorched earth and keep “politely” escalating until they terminate him. He’s fukced anyway at this point. Then he can tweet the screenshots of the exchange and become a cause célèbre like the Google engineer a few years ago. I’m surprised it took this long for hostility to emerge on Workplace to pierce the veneer of bullish!t they ask us to accept. #GoDigital
