What are we going to train on when the final product is clearly not built by May let alone Feb? It will probably be just a bunch of talking exec heads to make themselves feel good. Who actually believes Dell can modernize and transform something as big as they say this is? That said, I have no doubt they are arrogant enough to put a half baked product into production and blame the people for not being #AllIn

This is has nothing to do with directors specifically but basically any manager that has a manager reporting to them.
The other part of it is that this is the 2nd or 3rd wave already. We started with Sr. Managers doing the very same thing to the their M7&M8's. Depending on organization we are already seeing Directors getting rid of Sr. Managers or Sr. Directors getting rid of Directors.

Michael is doing whatever he can to increase his net worth. None of us know if that is selling off CSG, doubling down on selling GPUs, or just lowering OPEX. You can be certain that he isn't doing anything he thinks will hurt him though. It is and will always be 100% about Michael. He wants you #allin with Dell, but will think nothing of destroying everybody's livelihoods if it helps him.
