MTS is Member of Technical Staff. However, a Sr. MTS is still considered a Director.

Advanced Technologies had a bunch of people who were classified as "Directors" reduced to MTS (what ever that means) and their teams cut.
Over 90% of the directors are worthless now. They only keep the kiss @$$ people around that will be the yes man for them
