The new sales reps are beginning to realize on what you truly have to do to multiply anything and the volume you have to do. The amount of revenue you receive for upgrades is truly minimal and the stores at this time are slow,so let the slamming begin on new lines and VHI. No problem in November and December because of increased demand and volume. At the end of 2024 most reps will see they are making around the same as “Team Quota” So it’s a complete sham , sorry to say
They realized KB and all her programs were complete shams. They brought back the OG KZ to lead sales and the stock is already up 9%.
Who hoo! Can't believe there are still old boomers who like to go to our snake pit slam pit stores! I thought everyone would just buy on Amazon at this point. With same day delivery, what is the point of getting slammed with pull through and overpriced accessories?
I’m super hyped to get a 1.5 on purely slammed items. No actual revenue, just stuff that will be charged back in 2 months and then take FMLA when I’m about to get charged back. #allin
Make the money while it’s there to be made, looking to be right around windfall this month the way it’s going. That said my peers are lagging a bit. What will be interesting is to see what quotas look like going in to May and June, I expect them to be high a bit for the holidays and when people get their income taxes in the spring. Or if they switch the strategic multiplier to something stupid like perks

Individual commissions was an important change to get this company back on track . However , I will tell you that this month nobody in my store is multiplying lol
