Perhaps there is someone who is optimistic that things will get better, but I don't see my future here. In fact, I can't even imagine what this will look like in a few years, but I don't think the future of the company is bright.

How will salary rewards look like next year?

At least META is not cooking its books and unlike entities like ENRON is going under in an honest way. Indeed, if they were cooking their books there would have been cover up which would delay that 800 billion in stock loss in the last year.

I agree, the company urgently needs to trim the fat. However, what if those who need to be cut somehow survive and instead they end up cutting the skilled and hard working employees that this place needs to get back on track?

Does meta continue hiring and extend offers?

The group director was trying to impress us why we should be grateful to be here. The pay seems industry average for women - as we are underpaid. Is a government job the only option to get the best package?

My guess: next Friday. If it were this Friday it would impact the midterm elections negatively.
