The fact is this situation is adversarial. There are plenty of "legal" ways for the situation to play out. You want to optimize for what's best for you.
Why do you think they are taking time??
MZ said he’s turning up the heat in July… need support lists developed long ago…. Plenty of time for everything to be legal…. Additionally they get many of us to “self select” (MZ words) leaving with no severance.
