I used to be proud to work here, but not anymore. Is anyone still happy to be working here? I don't think that many do.

blame tiktok, they ate our lunch.
Dislike confirmed.
The thinking is if you hire individuals that can leetcode then they must be talented
Unfortunately not… you simply hired robots that have no creativity abilities. That is why these big tech are hurting
Look at Google, no meaningful innovation for a decade… simply riding the coattails of 2007 features
Long time software engineer, I reject any interview doing Leetcode type testing. Also never would or wanted to work for any FAANG company, all are basically crud now.
Since its inception, Facebook was a place of showing off, bickering, data gathering and data selling. It's ruthless motto has always been "profit over people". It values the viral nature of hatred catching wildfire because that translates to instant cash (even if it results in genocides and violence -- hey that's "their" problem).
The fact that you were proud of working for Face-fcking-book "at any point" means you were a money-loving-cnt. So F off!
the Leetcode expert engineers there.
I am software developer and happily deliver meaningful work never used Leetcode at all.
BTW FB rejected me as well 3 and half years ago - I was invited to their Boston (Cambridge in fact) office, I was given some simple coding problem which I solved quickly. Then I was asked few questions. Then they did not respond for two weeks and finally they rejected me. I shrugged and kept searching finding my current job which I am quite happy with.
I can't believe I wanted to work there. Thank goodness I was rejected by the Leetcode expert engineers there.
