Fire the whole recruitment org? They're 5000+ people warming seats while the company is on hiring freeze for the foreseeable future.

FB was the first company that I encountered that had "scheduling coordinators." You would communicate with the recruiter throughout the whole interview process, but the scheduling coordinators would do the work of scheduling dates for the interviews. Is that their entire job? Is this something the recruiters can't handle? This is a company that wants you to write the most efficient algorithm from a Leetcode problem. In reality, the inefficiency was everywhere.
