Does xom only confirm dates of employment through their email address? Do they share information about eligibility for rehire? For PIL, do they simply say you are still employed (until the end of your PIL)?

Will skill assessments be linked to cuts?

This is the first time I've seen so much effort put into skill assessments. I've also never seen a deadline assigned to completion. Will the skill assessments be used to produce targets for cuts?

Predictions of how cuts will occur

Any predictions on how the cuts will occur once the "study" is completed? In particular, will a flat target percentage be given again or will a more surgical approach be taken with different targets for different skill sets and business units?
