Does xom only confirm dates of employment through their email address? Do they share information about eligibility for rehire? For PIL, do they simply say you are still employed (until the end of your PIL)?
Does Vacation pay-in-lieu count towards years of service
Let’s say I have 25 days of vacation and I quit tomorrow. For 401k Vesting or pension vesting purposes - will my last day be recorded as tomorrow or sometime early November with all those vacation days? Thanks!
