Management has failed. Leadership will be word wasted on these people. With looming pandemic, oil low demand, and growing need for honest clean renewable sources,
an environmental disaster will be the worst thing to happen.
With fake safety culture in the lower and middle management and significant technical incompetencies, an environmental disaster event will be the last nail in EMs coffin.

The safety culture is just ridiculous. Before you know it, they are going to be mandating people to wear a helmet when using the stairwells.
