There is around of 40% lay off of MTS in the Lu Organization but there is no news for AVP Director or Area Manager lay-off. This seems very common across all the organization in AT&T ?

The group I am in - FBO Billing - is in the process of being outsourced to Accenture (India). Stanky WILL NEVER address jobs being outsourced overseas during his townhall calls. These are jobs that can be done by an ATT employee in AMERICA!

It makes sense to SWB to lay-off the higher paid people and later rehire at near minimum wage or as contractors. SCB was more in-tune with employee morale....

Are the people who put in for the enhanced SIPP offer just on the hook for the next 5 or 6 months waiting while the company tells you what to do?

It’s just a statement that “okay shareholders, we don’t have anything worth investing your money in so we might as well cut costs in the short term and neuter the organization”.
