If it's any consolation

Verizon had a much worse 2Q2022 than T. Of coarse TMOB outperformed both T and VZ by a wide margin. T and VZ have no where to go but up. Both are horribly managed corporations managing decline.

Are managers in charge of about 20-30 people less likely to be laid off? I think that's why technical people become managers so that they are safer.
